West Cork Hotel Skibbereen, Skibbereen

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were ready before official check-in time, which was convenient, but they were too small and could get noisy, especially if near the function room with live music late at night. The service was excellent overall, with very friendly staff and good value for money. The location was superb for exploring the area, but there were some issues with street noise and the inability to close the window. The dining was a bit hit or miss, with some meals being very good and others just okay.

The hotel rooms were really lovely and offered a perfect size with plenty of room. However, it can be a bit noisy, especially if you are above the function room where live music is played very late. I truly enjoyed my stay and didn't want to leave.

The hotel is a quaint little gem with a fantastic location right in the heart of the town, offering a good value for money stay. I enjoyed the old-fashioned feel of the hotel and the breathtaking views it offered, making it a place I would definitely return to for future visits.
